Return or Exchange Policy:

The exchange policy is valid if it is done within 7 days of purchase.

Customer satisfaction is always our topmost priority. There is no return policy at AUDRI GALLERY unless the product is found defective / damaged after delivery or AUDRI GALLERY misses the delivery deadline. You cannot exchange an order more than one time.

You can exchange the product if-

  • the product is defective.
  • you are not satisfied with the product quality.
  • you are delivered a different product.

You cannot exchange the product if-

  • it is washed or torn.
  • it is used.
  • it is not found in its original condition.
  • The receipt is a must for an exchange/refund. Any product that you want to return/exchange must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. 

The following steps are followed in case of exchange.

  • To request a return/exchange of an item, please inform us within 72 hours from the date you received it. Exchanges are subject to product availability. 
  • Place your exchange query through our email address and contact number provided at the end of this page.
  • We will arrange all the necessary processes to exchange your product/products.

We bear the exchange delivery charge if-

  • the product is found defective.
  • the product is of unhappily low quality.
  • the product is different from the one you ordered.

You will bear the exchange charge if-

  • you change your mind and want to get a different product.

Order Cancellation Policy

It is your privilege to cancel your order before we process the shipment.

But you cannot cancel your order if-

  • we already ship the product to your address.
  • our delivery agent reaches your address with the product.

Refund Policy

The restoration of your money is guaranteed. We refund your money if-

  • we fail to deliver the product/products (you) ordered.
  • we fail to arrange the exchange.
  • you cancel the order within a reasonable time.

Refund Procedures

  • Send us your name and mobile number details through our email address or inbox us.
  • Having informed you of your request, we will arrange the necessary steps to refund your money.

Note: In the case of online payment, if you pay using a credit or debit card, your money will be refunded to the bank within 3 to 10 working days.
